Why shouldn’t be? It’s cold weather and everyone likes to warm up on a cold morning with a hot creamy cereal. We love oatmeal here at my house. I use oats in many different recipes.

What I like to do sometimes is add left over cooked oatmeal to my pancakes. Just mix the egg, a little milk and the oatmeal together, then add the pancake mix. They turn out so rich and moist, you won’t want to go back to regular pancakes.

I can’t wait to try that! I bet the oats do make for a better pancake!
