I know back to school mornings can be crazy hectic…packing lunches, breakfast, figuring out what’s for dinner; I am hoping these recipes will make the mornings and the evenings after school a bit easier, more nutritious and fun!
Breakfast
Preparing for the morning the night before can make the morning go much more smoother. Here are a couple of recipes you can start the night before and either have it ready when you wake or ready to mix and cook.

What’s For Dinner?
Maybe you are out the door to work, have appointments or have toddlers to take care of and a house to clean. What’s for dinner sometimes is a hard question to answer. Here are a few recipes that you can throw in the crock pot and forget it until dinner time.
Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Pork: This is a favorite around this house!
Homemade Chili: When the weather gets chilly I start thinking chili!
Gotta Snack?
When I was younger my mom was a stay at home mom and she would often have us a fresh baked snack ready and waiting when we walked in the door. Here are 2 of my favorite recipes. Wrap them up and sneak some into the lunchbox and your child will be so surprised and all the other kids will be jealous.
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars: This is a school time favorite for me and a favorite at my house!
Over The Top Brownies: Yum…that’s all I need to say.
